All businesses with taxable San Francisco payroll expenses greater than $150,000.00 and operating for any portion of time in 2011 must file.

Statements must be filed online and transmitted before midnight 02/29/2012 Payments must be received or postmarked on or before 02/29/2012 Penalties, interest, and fees will be imposed after 02/29/2012
