States Without Individual Income Tax
Alaska – The State of Alaska does not have an individual income tax, therefore no employee withholding for state income tax is required.
Florida – no personal income tax
Nevada – has no individual income tax
Tennessee – only the Hall income tax, that is imposed only on individuals and other entities receiving interest from bonds and notes and dividends from stock
Texas – no individual income tax
Washington – no individual income tax
Wyoming – no individual income tax
South Dakota – no individual income tax
New Hampshire – no individual income tax, only interest and dividends tax
